1. Is assembly required?
In most all cases our products come fully assembled, especially if the description reads RTR (ready to run), or RTF (ready to fly). There are some products that require minor assembly, and some that require complete assembly. Please read the description carefully, or ask us at support@toyboxrc.com.
2. Do you ship to my country?
ToyBoxRC.com does not deliver to international destinations. We ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please refer to our Shipping information page for more details.
3. Is all shipping free?
No. Free shipping is only for standard shipping (USPS or DHL Ground within the continental United States). If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, there will be a shipping charge which will automatically be calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices if they apply.
4. How are products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii?
All orders for Alaska and Hawaii residents are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with signature required to verify delivery. For delivery times and additional information, please refer to our Shipping information page.
5. When will my order ship?
In Stock orders for which we have received funds or a credit card authorization will be shipped no later than the next business day. Most orders received before 12:00pm are shipped the same day. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.
Please note that shipping may be delayed, even if an item is in stock, depending on the payment option selected at checkout. See below for information regarding shipping with each payment option.
6. When will my order be delivered?
A. Standard shipping is typically USPS or DHL Ground. Please consider weather conditions, when estimating delivery times.
B. Our shipping department will do it’s very best to get your order sent within 24hrs. However it is always difficult to give and set time frame. Please consider weather conditions, when estimating delivery times.
7. What happens if the recipient is not home?
3 things can happen:
A. Product might be left near the door or at the back door.
B. Product might be left at the neighbor’s house.
C. A note may be left on your door with instructions asking you to either schedule a delivery time or where to pick up your package.
8. Has my order been shipped?

10. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact us at ToyBoxRC.com within 24 hours, and we will cancel your order if it has not already shipped.
11. What if my order never arrives?
Please contact us at support@toyboxrc.com, and we will look into the delivery of your product to find out if it was not delivered or misdelivered.
12. What if an item or parts are missing from my shipment?
Please contact the manufacturer of the item and work with them first. Should you not be able to work it out with the manufacturer, then contact us at ToyBoxRC.com and we will do everything posible to resolve the problem.
13. When will my backorder arrive?
We are unable to predict when we will have backordered items in stock. But as soon as we do, we will then be able to ship your item.
14. What is the return policy?
A. Defects
Although the manufacturers we work with develop products of the highest craftsmanship and quality, occasionally a minor defect may pass through the manufacturer’s quality control system. Not to worry, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100%, and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. If you receive your radio control product and it appears to be defective, please do not return the products to ToyBoxRC, Or You Will Void the Product’s Warranty. B. Non-Damaged Merchandise Returns
You may return any item purchased at ToyBoxRC within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (including shipping). Unless the product is damaged in transit, ToyBoxRC does not pay return shipping costs. The following rules apply to all voluntary returns:
i. You must have a return authorization prior to shipping a product to ToyBoxRC. To get a return authorization, email our returns department at returns@toyboxrc.com and provide your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. A customer service agent will process your request and email you with a return authorization number that you will need to include with your return. ToyBoxRC must then receive the return within 7 business days as the return authorization is only valid for 7 business days after being issued.
ii. The product must be returned unopened. If the product is returned in other than its original packaging or shows visible signs of use, ToyBoxRc reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product. Do not tape or affix notes to the products packaging. Please place all written correspondence inside the shipping carton. Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL NON-DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR RETURNS FACILITY AT THE WAREHOUSE. WE WILL INCLUDE THAT ADDRESS WITH YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
C. Damaged in Transit Returns:
If you received an order that was damage in shipping, please contact customer service at 970-481-0560 or email us immediately at returns@toyboxrc.com. Do not return the item to ToyBoxRc, as the shipping carrier must have the opportunity to establish a claim and, possibly, inspect the damaged carton. If the shipping carrier cannot verify that there is a covered loss under the transit insurance, because an item has been returned to ToyBoxRC, or its condition of receipt has been compromised, ToyBoxRC reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER! If you do, it may be forwarded to the shipping warehouse or the manufacturer, not to the returns facility. Accept the order and contact the returns department via email at returns@toyboxrc.com. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all refused deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund.

15. Payment Methods
A. Credit Cards:
Please note that we cannot ship an order unless the credit card used has passed verification with the issuing bank or institution. Usually, we received immediate verification once the order is placed, so there is no delay in shipping. If there are verification issues, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.
B. PayPal:
All orders paid for through PayPal will be held until the funds transfer has completed. This can in some cases take a few days. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
C. Check:
Check by mail orders will be shipped once we have received notification from the bank that the check has cleared without issues. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
D. Money Orders:
Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped once we have received notification from the bank that it has cleared without issues. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
E. eLayaway
Orders paid for with eLayaway will be shipped once we have received notification that the payment has been made in full. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
